RE: How many has God killed?
I just want to say that I have read this whole debate, and I think we have had some huge misunderstandings.

First of all, this Gary DeVaney fellow is a known troublemaker, and we’ve had him on our forum before trying to stir up doubt and trying to break up our unity.

We did not write the Bible. Long before Devaney enlightened us with his rants, we had already acknowledged, in our 10 videos, that the Bible had been altered over the years by many different people. Some of the alterations were done for deceitful purposes, and some where honest mistakes made during translations and hand scribing. For example, the word Son in Hebrew also means Servant. So perhaps "Servant of God" got mis-translated to "Son of God". This is just one example of a possible alteration due to bad translating.

Yet Devaney talks like Sajih is responsible for every little nasty thing that he finds in the Bible. It wasn’t Sajih that set loose 2 bears on those children. I also don’t think any adult believes God did this either. My personal view is that since this story is in the Old Testament, chances are it was a folkstory told to Hebrew children during the 40 years they were wandering in the desert. It would have been very successful in promoting respect & tolerance. Storytelling was big back then, considering they had very little else to entertain children with. Listening to over-the-top stories back then is the equivalent of us today watching a movie with spaceships exploding and people firing laser guns. Maybe when the Torah was written, some of these Hebrew children’s stories made it into the contents either as lessons to learn from, or maybe added in later as copies were being made by hand. Unless someone can produce the original Torah book, we will never really know.

Sajih has spent countless hours going through the Bible and cross-referencing from within the Bible itself, and with other holy books, to try to sort out truth from deceit. He has done a very good job so far considering that he’s doing it alone with no support team, no personal assistant, no budget, and no pay. I helped him only with the technical skills needed to produce the 10 videos. The content and script came from his research and from his heart. He did all this without even having employment for over a year. When his savings ran out, he finally got employment and slowed down a little with his religious research. Is he finished? Not even close. He probably revealed 5% of the corruption so far, and he’s tired and broke.

Furthermore, he has endured alienation & backstabbing from his own family, from his ethnic community, and from his former church. He has lost many friends that still go to his old church. He has lost the respect from his own family. His only reward for all this sacrifice is this website and the members that have joined Sajih in his enlightenment. People like Devaney are trying to take that away from him.

Devaney accuses Sajih of being aggressive and a bully. He also makes the absurd accusation that Sajih somehow approves of those killings in France. I know Sajih very well. As God is my witness, I can tell you right now that this couldn’t be further from the truth. Sajih would never approve of, or sympathise with individuals that commit murder...no matter the supposed holy reasons. Anyone that intentially takes the life of another is a murderer and also guilty of the most serious of the 10 holy Commandments THOU SHALL NOT KILL. If Sajih was truly approving of these murderers and sinners, I would not have him as a friend or let him near my children. And I would never help him with making videos or anything else. Both my children adore Sajih and they always ask about him.

Devaney is painting an evil picture of Sajih, and he seems to be having some success with it so far. I’m writing this post to counter any doubt about Sajih, since I am the only person on this website that knows Sajih in person.

So after all that, why does Sajih keep going with all this? It’s not because he wants to start a new religion, or wants people to donate millions of dollars to him, or for personal prestige. It’s because he feels that God has called upon him to reveal the truth hidden in the Bible. I’m one of only 2 people in this world that knew that. Now you all know it too. Please everybody…let’s show some more respect and gratitude to Sajih for all his sacrifices and efforts to save our souls. Amen.
